One of the cool things about it is when you have multiple pieces of equipment on the trailer when you strap it down, it will tell you how many "vehicles" are strapped down, so you can tell quickly if you need to disconnect something, or if you have something that isn't sitting on the trailer properly. I use a couple of rigs with low loaders to move my equipment to jobs, and I have a pickup that hauls the header trailer. The only thing I've seen that's buggy is you cannot pull an implement onto a trailer behind its tractor and have it strap both down if they are attached, it if you detach it it will strap them both down. There is a straps mod on the mod hub, and it works with pretty much every vehicle, implement and trailer, so far as I can tell you do have to remap some keys if you install gps on the hauling vehicle as they share keys with the tie downs mod.
